Bruce Bennett
Bruce began his executive search career for Alexander Mann in 1997, joining Forrester Partners in early 2000. From 2003 to 2009 Bruce set up and ran Forrester Partners’ Continental European practice based from Milan. Since 2009 Bruce has focused on developing Forrester Partners’ real estate, and investment management practices in London. Bruce has worked on assignments in the UK, Europe, US and the Far East.
Bruce holds a MA (Hons) in Economic History from Edinburgh University, speaks fluent Italian.

Hugo Codrington
Hugo’s early career was in the marketing departments of United Biscuits and Diageo before moving to a consultancy business based in Oxford. Hugo began his headhunting career in 1997 and he founded Forrester Partners in 1999. Hugo has always been based in London but has worked in Europe, US, Middle East and Asia.
Hugo holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from Kings College, London University and a MSc. in Politics of the World Economy from the London School of Economics.
Hugo is an ambassador for Justice and Care and is a shareholder and advisor to Gilpins Gin (voted Best Gin in the world in 2014)

Nick Howard MRICS
Nick started his career qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2003 whilst at CBRE. He then moved into Real Estate Recruitment and spent 13 years at Cobalt Recruitment, most recently as a Director, hiring mid to senior level talent across the property arena. His focus has been hiring into Property Companies, Fund / Investment Managers, Real Estate Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth, Family Offices and Private Practice.
Nick holds a BSc Hons in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and is a Member of the RICS.

Sophie Tyser
Sophie joined Forrester Partners in 2016 working within the research team providing support across all executive searches within real estate and investment management. Over the years she has demonstrated exceptional skill and leadership internally leading the research team and externally working across senior real asset mandates in the UK and Europe.
She was promoted to Partner in 2025. She holds a BA (Hons) in Sociology from Durham University.

Lottie Cutcliffe
Lottie’s career spans over 25 years in the City, working for Merrill Lynch, Dresdner, Commerzbank, including consultation for Churchill Capital and joined Forrester Partners in 2022 to help expand the buy-side client base.
She brings expertise in equity, equity-linked and credit asset classes to Hedge Funds and Asset Managers.
She graduated in Business and Finance from Oxford Brookes University and holds a certificate from CISL in Business Sustainability Management.

Rosie Hamilton
Rosie began her career at Cobalt Recruitment in 2011, joining Forrester Partners in 2023. From 2011 to 2016 she worked as part of the General Practice team at Cobalt, hiring individuals at a mid to senior level. She also hired extensively across the Property Research & Strategy market and has an extensive network in this field. Rosie then worked at Cushman & Wakefield, sourcing senior talent for the EMEA business, assisting with wider recruitment needs and planning future hires across the business. She has worked on assignments in the UK and Europe.
Rosie leads on DE&I across Forrester Partners. We are proud to have partnered with diversity specialists, Moving Ahead, ensuring that we are at the driving diversity across our mandates and the wider industry.
Rosie holds an MA (Hons) in Philosophy from Edinburgh University.

Lara Tapp
Lara joined Forrester Partners in 2023 as part of the research team. She focusses on supporting the development and expansion of our fundamental equities business, across both the hedge fund and asset management client bases. Prior to this she completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP.
Lara also holds a BSc (Hons) in Zoology from the University of Bristol.

James Alley
James joined Forrester Partners in 2025 as part of the research team. He works on a wider range of executive assignments across both the real estate and investment management practices supporting both the associates and partners.
James holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Exeter.

Lucie Penruddock
Lucie began her property career in 2004 when she was PA to the Investment team at Montagu Evans. In 2007 she moved to Briant Champion Long where she worked for the retail investment sector whilst also supporting the Managing Director. Following this she has taken on several roles in between having two children and moving to the countryside such as private tuition and PA to Cancer Consultant, John Butler at The Royal Marsden Hospital.
Lucie holds a BA (Hons) in Languages for Business at Oxford Brookes University.
